They were very pretty and the presentation seems spot on. They only took too long to be delivered. Other than that they were perfect.
I purchased a pair of glasses from these guys and after the getting use to the new glasses process i found i could not read from my computer screen without having to tilt my head in an unnatural way. After contacting the staff at the optical factor, they couldn't be more helpful and were able to analyze the problem and then send me a replacement pair of glasses that I'm wearing now and are working perfectly.

Being honest I was not expecting the glasses to be very good. However....They are excellent!!!
One little spec/mark that you have to really look hard to see is the only fault. Otherwise i am more than happy
I purchased a pair of there sunglasses, with a bifocal, and polarized option.
The glasses arrived with an issue with the bifocal, where the transition from the prescription to the bifocal was extremely blurry and distorted.
I emailed them with the issue, they asked for proof of my prescription, and a video of the issue with the transition.
Once they had that information, they sent me out a pair of corrected glasses, without the bifocal at my request.
All the emails back and forth were delayed by a few days, because I think I did my emailing on a Friday and they didn't get back to me until Monday. Just prepare yourself that responses won't be instantaneous.
In the end I got a pair of prescription sunglasses for a cheap price which I really like.
I received these glasses and was pleasantly surprise of quality and accuracy of my progressive prescription. Definitely recommend product and services.

I feel much better with my husband wearing prescription safety glasses as opposed to regular safety glasses over his prescription lenses. They are easy to wear and see clearly, making it safer for him at work.

These safety glasses are great. It took awhile to get used to wearing them but they fit well.
Ordered these glasses on a whim. Normal cost about $450. Thru optical they were $129. I use them for golfing very happy with them except right lens much thicker than expected touching my eyelashes sometimes which can be a annoying.
First pair arrived with one lens rattling around in the case, so I raised the issue and instantly, I was offered a replacement pair, which arrived fairly quickly - and in good condition. Great Customer service, after a faltering start. Lenses react quickly and feel good quality.
The prescription was perfect. I love them. Well worth the money. I work in outback Australia in the dessert.
